Rhodochrosite

淡粉色的的菱锰矿覆盖在基岩上，损比较多，但完整的部分特别闪亮，仔细看晶面排列十分有趣。 The specimen is a botryoidal covering of rhodochrosite on shallow domes of banded ironstone. The rhodochrosite formed distinct botryoids made up from small prismatic translucent pink crystals. Many of these crystals have gemmy terminations. These are also highly lustrous. The undersides domed ceiling reveals a distinct layer of red hematitic sedimentation.
